Here's one I made for a show we put on last December. The valves, rockers, and rear gear are out of an International diesel, and the base is a SBC flexplate.

 

Here's one that I won last year at the Stray Kat 500. It was a cake.

Here is one i built for a show last summer. I used some left over Pontiac parts.

 

Here is a couple of awards that we gave away at the Stray Kat 500. Jeff Meyers did
the painting & construction, Ron Myers with the pinstripes and Dudley Baughman with
the lettering. I came up with the idea and stayed out of the way.....

man i wish i could recieve an awesome looking trophy like in this thread. i hate those gold plastic ones..... who cares if its made out of 24k gold. PLATE. lol. i rather have a piston with some bad ass pinstriping.

 

I know right? That is why we chose to do hand made trophies at our show... the only downfall is we have to give em away!

 

I don't know if you can see the Gas Burner's club trophy in the pic above, but it was my personal favorite to date. It had a wic that you could light at the spout of the gas tank! It was pretty cool.

This one was pretty cool too... it was one built by our club for best in show.

This is one i won @ The Alterboys show 2011 I had no idea they gave out trophys, I was stunned when I was leaving they pulled me a side and honored me with it. Thank you guys it means alot. It has made me realize even more what i have and how lucky I am.
