I never thought the day would come that i would've considered selling my 57 Ranchero. its been a strong daily driver the past 7 years and i have alot of memories with it, but this year has brought alot of new great changes to my life...I came accross this 40 Ford Pickup and was just was drawn to it, ive always considered it a dream truck. I felt guilty for even thinking of getting it because i knew if i did that means the 57 would have to go...Long story short i told myself i'd go check out the truck to get it out of my system and i ended up falling in love...Here she is!

Whew, that thing is flat gorgeous. Huge congrats. I am a Chevy guy through and through but the '40 Ford pickup is the ONLY truck I'd sell my '55 Chevy big window to own.

"SGV" - San Gabriel Valley? We're neighbors. I hope to see it someday. What are your plans for it? I'd polish it and drive the hell out of it as is!

    Awesome truck.
It might hurt to sell your old ride, but it'd hurt more to not have that truck!

I love 40 Ford trucks. All I would do is put some bias plies on it.

Cant wait to see some more pictures.

Nice looking truck. Welcome to the 40 club. I have a coupe and two pickups. Will be selling one of the pickups soon. Who says you can't have more than one?

  25. Very nice looking truck - I've had a few myself and I love them as well. I've got another one in the works presently. I sure do miss it when I don't have one around to drive .... good luck!

  26. The more I look at it, the more I think I really like that color. Any idea what it is?
