    Hmmm..

Well, if we're going by options... Lincoln made 1,363 Premiere 2 door coupes in 1960. About half had Air Conditioning, down to 1 of 682. Mine is Silver, maybe 10-15% were Silver? 1 of maybe 100? Of those how many had factory cruise control? Very few, perhaps 10%. So what, maybe 1 of 20?

We have a 56 Packard Caribbean ragtop, been in the family since new. They made 276 of those.

I also have 2 Vauxhall PA Velox sedans, but they are both LHD, and very rare, there's 7 total in America.

    Hay Cam,

You're a 1 of 1 in my book. So cheer up mate :D. We found out the previous owner of the Sloper was a military buff. He collected all things military. I believe the Sloper may have been an Australian Military vehcile of some sort.

    How's the Cadi coming?

    James

  6. Anything that I have worked on that:

    A) Got finished on time

    B) Was done under budget

My 32 Studebaker President Model 91 5 pass. sedan should fit the bill fairly well..there are no hard numbers of its production other than 2,399 total 32 Presidents of which there are 14 models! My car has never had dual sidemounts (State option) and at the 2011 International Studebaker meet, Studebaker guru Richard Quinn estimated only about 30 were produced with no sidemounts..His previous estimate in 2001 was 50, but after a lot of research and thought he lowered the estimate to 30 which makes her pretty doggone rare...Other than the rarity, I'm most proud of the 83,500 hot rod driven miles...For pics under the hood, etc. click on my album at 32STUPRES.

Interesting,...ex military. He must have been a serious collector!

Cadi progress is still slow, damn life getting in the way! Need to get cracking on it,...glad to see yours kicking along

Maybe Fatabone could post a couple photos of my '36 Chevy Carryall Suburban.
Only know of a handful in the states and neither AACA nor Chevy/GM archives can give me a number of how many were built. Mine was built at the Balto, Md. assembly plant in late 1935.
Shooting for Spring 2012 to hit the streets.

'37 and '38 ford club coupes...not really what i would consider "hen's teeth" rare...but you rarely see them at shows. Interestingly I have seen more '38 clubs than '37s.

  15. My old Hearse i use to own.. There were only a select handful ever made. Of the body type in specific.. Couldnt find info on it, Pics, anything.
I'll go as far as saying under 15.

1925 Mort. It's not mine but it is a local car. A friend of mine was restoring it but he moved to Florida and I lost track of it. Walked into the mall today and there it was.

There were only a few made to start with. They were built in Ohio.

It may be the only one left. At best there are a few tops left.

  21. My AR rpu is a early version. I read somewhere there where only 225 AR's but not sure of that. I've never seen another AR rpu. All AR's i've seen are cars. Mine also has a none folding top which i've never seen another.

I've got the remains of an AR here, it's a roadster/tourer body, too much is missing to know....

I didn't know they existed untill I found this one and someone told me what it was!

  23. This is funny! My car is a 1953 Chevrolet roadster pickup! Production #1 and there won't be made more than one! I'm pretty sure that a lot of custom and hot rod folks here say the same! There's just the one!

  28. Ed I was going to mention your muntzjet. Hell I didn't even know that there was such a thing as a muntzjet before i saw yours.

I actually own a pretty rare Alfa, but it is languishing away in a shop in North Cal. Anyway no pics no car so it doesn't count.
