  1. Cool chop so far. Nice laboratory too. That garage is sweet.

  2. hey Chris, that's some inspirational video! I'm sure we'll able to reflect this in the build. cowbells, corbusier and beer. one hell of a combination :D:D

    Very nice work.

But now you have to section the body to get the beltline lowered a bit. Looks like you have another 6 weeks of work ahead of you! :p

  6. Kyle has been busy the last days and got a lot of work done on the shoebox. This is the way it looks right now.

    Beautiful work very nice.

  8. I'm in. Looks like you might be onto something here. Most shoebox chops, especially sedans, are overdone, IMHO. Proceed.....

Beautiful. How long has it been since you disassembled this for the chop? Kind of want to see how long it took you guys to get to this point in the chop.

Nice shop, I checked the website.

  29. The shoebox is back from the paint shop! They did an amazing job.

    Smooth.

It was the owner's choice to let them paint the roof only. He wants to drive the car this month, so a full paintjob was no option at the moment. There's still a lot of bodywork to be done before redoing the entire paintjob. But the roof is already perfect now.

I hope to talk the owner into finishing the car to the same level the roof turned out. He actually likes the beater look, but I'm pretty sure he might change his mind soon.
