I'm New! Ballarat Australia.

Discussion in 'New to the H.A.M.B.? Introduce yourself here!' started by Aussie_Ranch, May 1, 2012.

  1. Hey Guys,

Im from Ballarat Australia. I just started a '63 Falcon Ranchero build. This car was imported from the USA and I think would be fairly rare here in Australia. Its a little different to our local utes.

  13. So many Aussies here....

Heres a pic, excuse the letter box.

Needs a bit of work but a lot less rust than most of the local xk utes i've looked at.

I guessed so. It was at the Bacchus Marsh Swap when I saw it I think last year. Nice project as it will sure be different to the usual Aussie Ute specialy as most will see the longer doors before they realise it is US and not Aussie.

    Welcome, from Arizona...

I've always loved visiting OZ in the USNav, spent some time in your area on a trip to Melbourne, did the whole touristy thing and went to the gold mining town etc... what I really miss is VB cause... "at the end of a long hard day, a hard earned thirst deserves a big cold beer, and the best cold beer is Vic, Vic Bitta!"

    Welcome !

I have been to your fine city. You guys in Oz have quite the following of American cars down under.

You will like the US version of the Ute. Longer doors......
