Cut the coils on my 1962 Buick Special

    Cut the coils on my Buick. Now it looks like it sits just right.

    Cut 2 off the front and 1 1/2 off the rear. Going to start fabricating patch panels tomorrow.

    Nice job makes it look a lot more agressive! And thats about the same as I cut off the wifes car.

  7. New ride height looks good. I did about the same 2 coils on my old 64 Riviera, still rode nice and had enough ground clearance except for real high center driveway crowns that were low on each side.

    were the rear coils pigtailed on both ends? I ended up ordering some lowered coils for my 62 Pontiac. I did give the fronts a 2 coil chop.
