    The "Long Island Street Rod Association's" show is coming up its a really good show put on by the LISRA at Suffolk Community college, Exit 53 on the LIE (Wicks Rd) decent swap meet and a ton of show cars. H.A.M.B'ers should def come out and represent!

  5. i meant for this weekend's hamb and egger. if it rains, there's no show at belmont. not that we cant still get together, im just trying to plan ahead

  9. no didnt rain till after breakfast . but then it was drizzle only.
    I want to thank janet and simon for coming to breakfast we all had a good time maybe next time the weather wont scare the locals.
    also I want to thank bill for taking them back to the city, they got to ride in 2 cool cars today dig that lincoln bill!!!!

    Great breakfast! Poor Janet and Simon, the Lincoln acted up on the way to Manhattan.. Tranny being shuddery and then the smoke escaped from the wiper switch!

    Looks like I gotta buy me a C6......... Arrrgh, always something with this thing.

    Limped it home... Just got done looking it over more carefully...Tranny fluid contaminated with coolant.

    I'm going to fucking kill Midland Radiator.

    Glad to help. Janet and Simon are super cool folks. Tried messing w the tranny last night, neighbor called cops. Bitch. It's at tranny shop now, owner of shop is close friend of my best friends dad so well see... Think it might not be shot, man I hope so.

    Just wanted to say a big THANKS to you guys for being so hospitable and looking after a couple of wandering Kiwis. Ed, Tommy, Victor, Joe and Bill thanks heaps we really enjoyed hanging out with you guys - you are great ... its neat meeting the real people of a city.

    Special thanks to Ed for going above and beyoind the call of duty and to Bill for the aventure in the East River Tunnel. :D

  24. sunday is the show at mc arthur airport. anyone interested in meeting up? there is a diner just outside the airport.

    i figured i would try to keep the thread going so we can at least know whats going on locally

    I have a regular sandblaster but what
    A mess this shit makes i need to do
    a few things like my grill insert
    headlight buckets ect...

  28. Sorry been rather busy with work and the car season lots of things to do.
    So these next couple of week will be busy
    This weekend is the silver city shakedown in conn.
    Next weekend there is 3 shows dont know which one to do?
    KFCO in tenn, hunnert car drags in wisc. , or a minibike parade in windber pa where they ride in the streets sounds way cool. Then indy roadrocket show the next week busy busy anybody want to go or have an idea of which to attend ?
    I will start the breakfast again in august thanks
