Slick Willy, That roadster is just pure sex, love, memories or "whatever". Something about a "Flathead" with those 5 lower studs and a 5T cam that excites me as if i were 16 years old again. Keep it going. Jay Y.

Will, I didnt know you had an A Roadster...damn I must have seen it at one of the Alter Boys shows or somewhere because it looks familiar! My next build (hopefully next year) is going to be the same thing man! Then we will have 3 of the same vehicles!:D

Thought I'd post a pic of one I built 4 years ago. Pic taken at LA Roadster show last June. Model A TCI frame with Jaguar rear end.

Does anyone know who makes 32 looking side splash aprons for Model A frames to replicate the 32 frame look? I saw some advertised when I was building this car.

    It's a pickup, but a roadster nonetheless.

  16. Wow! After looking at all these cars, I'm pondering how much re-engineering it would take to remove the "suicide" front crossmember and put my axle under the radiator where it should be. I think the aesthetics are better with the stock mount.

  17. Looks great!

Mine still has a ways to go ... but I'm thinkin' I'll be driving it before the end of the year. I've been firing it up in the shop, and (when it's on jack stands) running thru the gears and using the brakes.

Here's a lone picture... just because I've gotta get in on this thread. It's fabulous!! And maybe I can get some other pix to load...

OK ... let's try this again. Here's another picture -- this one of my `41 Poncho gauge cluster. I've tried to load multiples, but think I'll need to resize pictures before it's gonna work. In the meanwhile, try to picture cut-down `39 banjo steering wheel, cowl steering, louvered deck lid, `42 Ford taillights, chopped and filled `29 shell, homemade insert for he shell, and several other body mods.

I really like the Pontiac cluster! Something different. Was it that nice when you got it, or did you have to re-do it?

Wow! Very nice roadster. Are they 36 wheels and caps? What chassis is that or is it some sort of a cover panel?

Here are some pic's of mine. That's my 90 year old Mother Inlaw and some of the engine work I did (porting, polishing).
