    Just found the forum today.
Ive got a 1946 Ford 2 ton truck that my grandpa bought brand new.
I used to drive it as a kid; parked it in the shed about 30 years ago.
Its in great shape but discovered that the engine is locked up. Ive been soaking it in everything I can think of (Marvels Mystery Oil, diesel fuel, etc...) for the last 6 months.
But I need to get to the flywheel and see if I can wiggle it back and forth. I havent figured out how to do that yet and obviously havent even started doing much but I hope to get it running for old times sake.
I hope you all can help me when I get further into this ol' truck!
    Thanks,

    Tim

Welcome from New York. If all else fails, throw a small block in the old truck and have some fun.

Welcome from C'ville! Strong Richmond area group here called Virginia Hambers.

  14. Tim, welcome from the oh-so-fashionable-but-stuffy West End of Richmond where, yes, hot rodders do live.

And please join our VA Hamb social group. We've got an event planned for this coming Saturday. Love to have you join us.

Welcome from Oklahoma. That truck is gonna be fun. It's great that it is still in it's original adoptive family.
