First time this car has seen the light of day in 15 years.Question is what am i going to do with it? Its a 33 pontiac 5 window coupe rust free almost dent free to . Im open to sugestions, as long as its not chope it thats the one thing im not gonna do to it.Only thing i do know i will trade it for a 35 to 40 confertable.
If no hood, think W block and three duces. A little paint and drive the heck out of it...... My two cents worth...for what it's worth...
I hope you got the grille with it, the grilles are reeeal good looking. As long as you are taking suggestions...go with a nice tri power 389 and a 4 speed and paint it shiny black. Nice score, -Abone.
Nice find! It looks like it's real solid. I agree with Flamedabone a 389 with 3 deuces would be the way to go. I like full fendered on these cars because the fenders have such nice lines. Give it a nice stance and drive the wheels off it!
Nice project. so, why has it been sitting for so long? you have owned it all of this time? sounds like you want a convert - what make? not likely to get a straight trade but, good bargaining material. put ad in Classifieds here.
The man on the tractor is who i bought the car from hehurt his back and just lost interest .So after a few years building the 36 ford in pics i akses him if he would let it go he did . Guess you could say im looking for a ford 35 to 40 convertable as a roject to keep for a life time .
I would put it back together, get it running.it's a cool project and will be worth alot more when the rite 35/40 comes along.and you'll have a cool coupe to cruise. don't see many poncho coupes
What do you guys think about a 79 trans am 400 in the car paint the black fenders with dark green body ? ford 8 in rear with a 272 gear ? Also thinking about F.A.S.T fuel injection ? Had one of the inline 6 in a 68 bird as a teen.
