Any Hudson guys out there? Is anyone reproducing the the rubber gasket that goes between the tailight lense and housing on a '49-'50.
The original rubber had a channel running through it and wrapped around the perimeter of the lense. Can I buy that somewhere?
I don't know about your part specifically, but I'd check in Hemming's for Hudson parts guys. Also, there is a Hudson Fourm on the AACA site and you could ask your question there. (http://forums.aaca.org/f166/)
Thanks, just emailed both of those contacts. John, I found those, too...but, those are the housing to body gaskets. I need the lense to housing ones. Appreciated, though.
This may sound cheesy but I just used some thin adhesive weatherstrip for mine. I cut it to fit. So far it has worked good.
From my Hemming's,you might try these folks: patwalshrestorations.com [email protected] or 520-568-2911 classicautopartsonline or 208-762-8080
