i hope i get a chance to get miss leading out before the 31st just to try to use everything she has to offer. i know we didn't find her full potential last trip.
Well it looks like I am going to miss this one as well, the engine is getting rebuilt as we speak, then I just have to worry about the rest of the drivetrain holding togther for a while
I was in Greeleyville SC tonight. Had to go to Andrews for a funeral. I think that I may just ride down in one of the DEUCES and see what is happening

Yes, I was. Notice that little emoticon at the end? I personally was present 40 years ago when Deuce Roadster was making passes down the 1/4 mile at less than 11 seconds! There was a time when he was known as "The fat man with the fast hand" due to his skill with the Hurst 4-speed shifter! 40 years later, he's no longer the "fat man", but I suspect he may still possess the "fast hand". But that's irrelevant too, as I believe both the Roadster and the 3-Window have automatics in them!
apparently he was serious then, we are anything but now, it's only to play with our cars and friends. come on over and have some fun with us.
