Cadillac Part ID

I ran across this part while sorting through more of this NOS stuff. Part # appears to be 1443682. Pic's attached below. I would greatly appriciate any help in ID'ing this part. Thanks Rod

Looks like the Y from the top radiator hoses.

 

42-48 Cadillac, 31hotrodlincoln was right, the Y for the radiator.
