I know it's not very exciting, but it's where I'm trying to be within 3 months for its first cruise in

I suck at colour changing but I am forcing myself to try it to try and improve... this was also the first time I ever tried to change the finish on the side of a car (your back doors etc.) to make it match the front

That is awesome, thank you :) Of course, I won't have Rallys on it with skirts. Steel wheels with some hubcap I haven't decided on yet.
    But thanks again!

Lol thanks man :) It's actually a pretty peacful place, to use a cemetary as a background. We were just test driving it that day, and were turning around. I had my son hop out and shoot a couple pics.

Looks pretty good for your first attempt, try to mimic the top of the car color change on the hood for the color fade. I keep a photo file of different reflections as a reference and it helps get the colors right. Then I drink a brew too many and screw it all up. lol

    Good advice, thanks Eli!

I was afraid to tackle it before, but I have been messing with similar techniques on animation screenshots and other things without cars and it seems to be helping me.

Sad to say I'm a 49-51 Mercury snob. But, I would sell mine to own this one.
Very Kool! Great Job! Take a bow... Some one needs to make this a reality.

Sunbeams actually did race at LeMans. Look up the "Harrington LeMans."
But not under Gulf colors, so far as I know!

Here is a 55 junior stocker clone I'm building for the street, need some ideas to add to the paint. Some of the cars in the 70's had different color tops some had strips.

    Thanks ahead for any help.
