Dam it. Well there will be another hoedown and hopefully I get to meet you in person and thanks for answering all the questions I had.

But found out from another fellow hamber that I can use the same motor mounts for my 235

 

Thats my car patches vw rat truck.

 

I had the pleasure of being the MC for the Hoedown this year & also had the honor of headlining it & I can tell you that "Rats" made up probably about 5% max 10% of the overall amount of cars. The one thing that I can tell you about Hoedown is that ALL "Pre-72" cars were represented well, I am not a "Rat" "Street Rod" or "Muscle Car" fan personally but for those that are I was happy to hear that they had a good time. It's only going to get bigger & better from now on so I hope to have something to do with it again in the future...... For those that stuck around to hear my band I'd like to thank you guys for supporting a fellow HAMB'er.

New to this site and it was my first time to have a ride at the Hoedown... Myself and 2 of my closest friends had a sort of low buck build the last 4 weeks to get there but we all made it. The vw rat, black 50 model with green flames an my ol rusty red 46 sedan. All i can say is this has got to be one of the best times i've ever had, awesome hosts, killer rides, bad ass jams and plenty of stuff for the kiddos to do!! Counting the days till ya'lls show!!
