Road trip photo album thread lets see them rolling

Lets start a thread of photos of our cars hitting the road , rolling down the highway , cruising town , at odd roadside tourist spots , at famous landmarks , caravaning with all your buddies to a favorite run or show . Lets see them being used, abused, and enjoyed !

Here is my 55 Rocket 88 at Shoal Creek Church and another shot of it on the side of FS 503 a little higher up in the Talladega National Forest in Alabama. These were taken last Thursday.

 

Heading home from Billetproof Chehalis, following my buddy Gary in his 38 Plymouth Pickup with Cadillac Eldorado powerplant. Mount Rainier looms off in the distant.
The third photo, shows my GPS and the soda pop bottle I used to prop open the air vent. A wonderful trip to remember.

I'll have to pester the other club members and see what we have. Bloody useless at taking pics. Road trips with home built cars and cruising with your friends is what it's all about.

There has to be some roadside repair pics out there. Every road trip has a roadside repair, wouldn't be the same without one

 

Goin to Del Mar (500+ miles) a few years ago.
The grey roadster had 5 miles on it B4 we left
Also a trip to Pueblo, Orance coupe only had 80 miles on it and the willys had less than 250 B4 the trip.
1500 mile r/t no problems

I went on a jaunt last weekend... down to MD, then to Queens, then to Long Island for Hamb and Eggs...

On 295 in Maryland...



On the Jersey Turnpike, almost home...

Crossing the GA/AL line last Week on the way back from Talladega Nat. Forest.

 

One last fall on a way to a season ending cruise. Another on the way up rt. 495. A 3rd meeting up for the ride to the Ty-Rods show. And last but not least a pic of the X-Mas parade crowd in Maynard Ma.

This is a little road trip we went on last June from Salmon, Idaho to Lolo, Montana to pick up another member then from Lolo we headed north to Palouse, Washington where we had a great time at the annual Palouse car show.
If your in the area next June check it out...fun stuff.
