very nicely done. Cool color combo and dig the hint of red from the checkered items. Way cool,

Awesome ride I love a roadster pick up, I myself have a 27 touring car that I have been driving for a couple of years now and have wanted to try and cut it down and make me a rpu but keep letting people talk me outta doing it. Can this be done and made to look right cause after seeing this one I'm ready to go with the idea

it can be and has been done but myself having a touring or model a phaeton on my bucket list next would say keep looking for a rpu cab , they are actually fairly common

made some good progres in the past week , got the floor painted and color sanded and polished , i know no one will ever see it except from underneath , decided to checkerboard the bottom also just incase someone looks , machined a piece to trim out around the column pass thru and the hole for the brake pedal !always been a huge fan of robert williams artwork too , esp his one titled white knuckle ride with the lucky st. christopher , i was lucky enough to finaly find a 1940s st christopher be my guide medalion very similar to the one in his painting which wil go on my dash

also have started converting a 54 ford oil bath filter over to a paper conversion , lots of hours doing it but i wanted something factory looking and not the open element filter in all the pics i had on for mockup , will be painted red and have the factory winged super oil bath decal , should fit the part a little better

Can't wait to get started on mine. Have acumulated a bunch of stuff and a new Pete and Jake's chassis. Sucks being a poor boy. Yours is coming alone nicely. Keep us posted.
