Who rebuilds blowers...?

I've been doing a lot of shopping around for the best bang for the buck. Rick Dean seems to be offering the most for the least. He offers a compete setup (manifold, drive, belt, blower and carb plate) all polished for $2900.00 for Chrysler 440. Comparable prices for other motors. As of now he will be the guy I'll buy from.
