Don't know where or when this was taken, but you've got to admit it's a stand out! The guys got humour, style and 'up yours' all in one:rolleyes: RodL

This is the motor in my 1964 chevy II. I wish it still looked like this but when you drive em they will start showing there age just a little. It is a 1966 Chevrolet Corvette L-79, 327, 350 hp. Backed up with a M-21 muncie 4-spd. and 538 posi:) rear end. It is a lot of fun to drive.

BTW I love this simple motor set-up. Classic look. What is the make on the air cleaner and where do you get the new elements?

Killer. Pinstriping is a little over the top for me (just me) but sweet, I'd be real proud to have that under a hood! Where did you find the plug wires?

As a '68 Camaro, it might be a little too new, but it's got plenty of my blood and sweat into it... plus lots of street miles.

Merry Christmas Mark! I gotta tell you... If it wasn't for the fact that I love my blown hemi so much, your 331 would have definately gotten my vote for best dressed engine! And just for the record, your private collection of early '60's Hot Rods and Customs, memorabilia from "Big Daddy" Roth is second to none!! You ROCK!!

  14. Yes, my old friend they are allowed and that is looking very cool indeed. Now about those front tires. What are you thinking? Happy Holidays to you and your wonderful wife! Cheers from an old friend-Dale
Here's my old offering to the thread. Kinda subtle. But it gets some heads scratching. The next one that I'm doing will have more hotrod bling I promise.

  20. Wow, what an incredible thread. The big part of this forum for me is how much I get to see of other peoples projects and completed pieces of art. I always learn something.

It may look stock but there is a 425hp roller cam 350 with single plane intake and a Holley 750 double pumper carb hiding under that air cleaner.
