    Finally in color . Thought I'd go with something a little different.

    Motor & tranny in this weekend

    Opinion *****

    OK I have wide whites Do I leave the wheels Red or color of car OR Cream

    It's DP 40 coverted to single stage PPG

    Grey/ Green color

    I always thought that DP40 would be an interesting color , now that you've done it , I know for sure . Looks good with the cream firewall. Keep us posted on progress.

    The wheels are a nice match to the colour of the car. Very nice.

    NOW Wheels Red ( as they are) Same color as the car OR Cream (like the firewall) ???

    I've all but convinced myself to go grey on my 27 when I'm ready to paint, and this just tipped me over the edge. I'm full on board now...this looks great. I planned on keeping red wheels, because interior and engine are already red...but cream has me thinking now too. However, I think I am going a bit darker shade grey on mine.

    Very nice.
     
  23. Do yourself a favor and forget the buggy spring, I hated mine and changed to coilovers after I painted, big pain in the arse but it rides soooo much better now,
    Just my .02 ;)

    Took me almost a year to decide on the color . I thought I made a good choice. Looks like you guys like it too. So I guess Im good . More pics to come soon

    I suggest painting the wheels the same color as the car, then pinstripe the wheels to match the firewall (or another color found elsewhere on the car). Keep us posted with pictures.
