Mine is setting in the back of the shop. I reworked the frame summer before last and got most of the body sand blasted. I even set in the motor and trans. Then I shut down when school started back up.

I didn't even touch it last summer. I need to be motivated! Summer is on the way and I will have three months off.

That will do! But a few more wouldn't hurt.

What body style is it that you have? I don't want to be posting up pictures of '37 Chevy trucks if those aren't going to motivate you. :D

Notice how much better the burgundy one looks in the Rodder's Journal with the Cadillac sombrero caps and tall bias plies. Makes a world of difference.

I love this year for Chevy, they're almost perfect from the factory.

Being a Ford guy there's only a handfull of Chevy's I'd ever really want to own and the 37 is one of them. Kinda surprised most posted here are customs (nothing wrong with that), I always think gasser when it comes to 37 coupes.
Maybe cause I had one years ago!

Mine is a Coupe, but I like them all. 38s are great also.

I put a mustang front under it back in the 80s. It was cut out of a car. I bought all new parts and changed over to chevy 5 lug with disc brakes. Now I'm not sure, the gasser look good too.

Please make it a classy (!) tail dragging custom.... their lines are too perfect to be turned into a drag car.. its begging to be a custom!

'37 Chevy coupe was probably the best looking body Chevy ever built! The '38 is a close 2nd!

This is the '37 Coupe my Dad built as a daily driver in the mid 1980s. He drove it daily well into the 90s. I inherited it when he died in 2004. I have it back on the road, but can't say that I have done much to it since I got it.

Kind of stalled out myself... Have other projects keeping me busy, and this one is now just sitting.

I got the body and rear wing off a wild ProMod racer when he went to carbon fiber. My plan was on putting my C5 Corvette chassis under it. Found a stock trunklid, hoping to find 'glass front and rear (a little more normal rear fenders) but I do really dig the chopped-sectioned profile to match the Corvette running gear.

    Some day.
