It will be a few weeks, I've got to get the Merc ready for Viva so I'll be pulling off this one for a while.

Fired up the buick tonight and turned it around, there's a short video clip at the bottom. In the pictures it's aired down.

Got the old girl out and drove her a little today, I still don't have the dash back from my paint guy (doing heavy blue flake) once I get the dash in and all the gauges hooked up I'll start driving the crap out of it.

Tiredirongrb very cool looking car. I just bought a 27 Buick are you the same tiredirongrb that built a 28 Buick a few years ago? I see it when I search google. If so i am interested in picking your brain for do's and don'ts on my 27 Buick. Thanks

If I keep it long enough to really finish it out I will but for now I plan to run the wheels off of it this summer like it is.

I got all my dash and garnish pieces back and started putting back together, the pics just don't do it justice.

The chrome cover over the steering column is a cut down Harley starter cover.

I used a '50 Buick horn button to fill the clock hole, it fits perfect.

Make it reliable, add some of your own stuff, and drive it!
People will find it more interesting if you don't paint it, it will draw crowds at shows, and you won't have to waste water washing it and have to buy a shamwow!
Love it! Just an idea, it's yours, do what you want.

  13. :DWOW!!! I am not a custom guy ,but that car just converted me. Were there other make's of sedanetts beside Buicks?
I'll trade you my next male grandchild for it.

I love that color you picked! Can't to see more of this one. Looks like it's going to be a really nice ride.

Bitchen! I did the dash in my 50 Super 2-tone heavy flake on the top and black on the bottom. Nice work bro!

I got a back seat whittled down to fit ('65 Buick Wildcat), I'm thinking about going with blue metalflake vinyl on the seats and white on everything else. Also put the other speaker in...it's nice to have tunes.
