That Dash turned out killer! Nice merger! What did you decide about the gauge layout? Symmetrical, or "semi-symmetrical"?

Stop copying my use of the word Merger! Anyways we're talking about Highs Mids and Lows with Montel Jordan's "This Is How We Do It" bumping over the sounds of the Hemi.

  4. But were will he put his gloves?? :D

    Looks awesome man!

Thinking about shit-canning the speedo and just running the tach.

I always like the idea of just the tach like they do in old grand prix cars or even cooler when the guys used to run on the lakes and only had a tach with a piece of paper taped to the dash showing them what speed they were going at a given rpm.

I've only got a tach going in my '33. Besides that I'll do two temps (one for each head in the 59a) oil pressure, and fuel pressure.....this is all depending on whether I can find the rest besides the tach.

It's a common saying that there's no such thing as originality. Well, there's just so much originality dripping from this car. Great work!

Oh, how about them hood sides? Will they clear the Hemi?

Made a new shift lever...loosely inspired by '59-'60 Impala 4 speed shifters with a little early Ferrari mixed in...but made from an orig. Model A shifter.

This car is so damn small that the lever has to pretty much wrap around your right leg.

Now that's what I'm talking about!

Is it just me or does the guy in the yellow hat look like a young Ryan Cochran?

Here's a series of photos showing the changes to the cowl and firewall, the cowl bracing, and the steering box mounts.

Most of this is pretty self-explanatory, so the I'll keep the captions to a minimum.

Old patch panels were poorly installed, to say the least:

Shortened the beltline ala the Lynn Yakel Coupe...
