Nice little coupe down the road from me.......

 

That poor coupe deserves a better life.

 

Maby he just loves exhaust pipes

 

Not my taste but the work looks good nice and clean.

 

Maybe he has a tube bender and a whole lotta pipe.

 

Took me a minute to find the nice portion if that coupe

 

Ok, it's got a full pit of snakes and twin turbos but it doesn't look like they connect to the car or intake unless it's a blow through system and the piece that connects the turbos to th carb is missing.

 

Obviously a build in progress. Not necessarily a traditional build…

 

There's a cheaper way to make a whistling exhaust...

I know about the carb contact but explain the blow through system. If you would I need to learn!

 

Someone with a few bucks and some skill had a bad idea.

 

Got a good close up look at this build.at the R & C show in medford it looks much nicer up close...

Blow through, as in blow the boost through the carb air horn.

 

I'm sure that car would be appreciated in some circles, and those circles are where it needs to be showcased.

 

Kinda over engineered.

 

It looks ok to me.... Lose the turbos, change tires and hide that radiator and it would look a lot better, though.

It's pretty easy really, you wouldn't have seen that anywhere mid-60's or before. I have a feeling that this car will only get worse as time goes on.

 

Looks like he's settin it up for road or course racing. Not my cup of tea but to each their own.BD

 

The body isn't bad. The exhaust and the radiator kill it for me though. Still, I wouldn't crucify a guy for posting it on here.

 

I guess that he couldnt afford to put a small block Ford into it.

It's easy, "traditional hot rods and customs", that's not one...

 

Zman, your absolutely right after I saw coilovers, turbos, and that radiator stickin out I just couldn't look at the pictures anymore.

 

Some guys like to race there stuff lol................And not just look the part................
