    Yep......it is slow until I say it is fast in the debugg phase.......SLO POKE.....seems to be a fun name....like the "salmon colored" primer....the girls dig it.....

    Does it have an F/G designation on the side? If so it was running an inline six or four.

    It would look cool with an inline six back in 'er.

    Thought I would share some pics of my Thames project. The old guy I got it from said it was raced at U.S. 30 dragstrip??? It was red at one time but cant seem to spot a red Thames in old US 30 photos. I would love to see a old pic of it in its day. I hope to have paint on it by spring.

    Uhh... not to be a nit-picker or anything, but to be correct, the christmas tree on the side of the car should have either five (older, nostalgic) amber bulbs or three (current, modern) amber bulbs.

    Other than that one tinsey-winsey little detail its perfect.

    I bought this car today. It was stored in the POs attic since 1966! He said it had a 265 SBC (since been sold). Watch for a separate build thread on this one entitled "ATTIC ANGLIA".

    Plans include a 300 ci Ford inline six, C4, 9 incher. Maybe a new chassis too.
