I will be there for sure . Not sure if my 55 Ford will be done but if it's running I will be there . have lots of body work left , re-wire the car and install a new engine and trans . then get a drive shaft made and then it will be done enough to drive up .

Denise , I have a bunch of old use and some nos piston flathead rings , wheel bearings , races , and some other things you are very welcome to if you can use them . Many are still in the original boxes but not worth keeping the boxes . I have no idea what they even fit so I can't even sell them . Already tried that . I hate to send old parts to the scrap yard so I just kept them ! i figured someone one day could use them .
Any other things besides engine parts that you might be looking for ? I have some flattap used lifters you can have too if you can use them . Those are from the mid 1960's Ford engines . If they are too new that's fine . Going to the scrap yard after the Carsile Ford show .
    Just let me know .

Maybe I'm not as senile as I thought...but then again who knows? It sure didn't feel like 12 years but they all run together after a while.

You are right about that Ed! But I'm thinking you can probably use some water wings to keep from being drowned on the track.....lol

OK, I can see the roundy rounders will be on the track, and the Rowdy's will be in the camping area. But don't let that scare any new friends away. It's the best time with the best friends in rodz you'll ever meet.

We just might not be able to post pics of EVERYTHING!............

P.S. These balloons are 60" long. Careful what you wish for.....

Don't worry Jeffrey, you won't even notice the weather. No matter what Mother Nature thows at this gig, the party adjusts to it.

For lack of better reference, check out some of the vids on Youtube. Just search Jalopy Showdown and get hooked before you even show up for your blood initiation.
