Finished the car over the Summer but wanted to post some pictures now since I have a new computer that is much easier to use.

I learned a lot from you guys in my daily visits to the HAMB . The knowledge made building the car easier so thanks for the help.

My interior guy Dave Palmer, Ridgefield Auto Upholstery (Ridgefield CT.) Did a spectacular job on the interior, thanks Dave.

It's a 27 T that was a four door car originally, cut down and welded back together. 29 A banger motor, t-5 trans and a banjo rear.

    Enjoy, Pete

Great job, nice looking little mod. How many miles did you have on it before you had to pull into the Chiropractic center haha.

What a bitchin little car. I"ll bet you have more fun than the law allows driving that around. What speed will she cruise at comfortably? Myself, I can imagine 40-50 would put you right at the maximum fun level. thanks for sharing.

Looks Great! I have always liked dark blue cars with red interiors. I will keep an eye out for it on the road!

Thanks for all of the kind comments.
Doodlrodz, this thing is actually quite comfortable to drive.
Unlike the "kit" Tbucket I had years ago this has spring rates that work well (not harsh or stiff) and a roomy interior for a T.
I did the floor flat right up to the firewall, unlike the original that had the rise in it and the seating is as far back and as low as possible.
Goes down the road real nice

Lot's to look at in a small package, looks like alot off fun, enjoy!

  19. I bet that banger is fun as can be with that t-5 mated up to it.

Beautiful car by the way, youve great taste. A nice blend of old and new. I dont mind using newer parts if i know the old timers would have just loved to use them back in the day.

Ok , I get it now. Sign right below the back adjuster is for the upholstery shop.
That was the first ride with the interior.

That looks very nice and is the same color (blue) I have been considering for my 26 RPU.

What is the paint and color code if you don't mind me asking ?

Also wondering how tall is your windshield, it looks high enough to actually function and keep bugs out of your face. :)

The paint is Dupont Chroma One . The numbers on the can are:
    G8381, 1988 Isuzu Cavalier Blue Code 803.
I wanted Ford Washington Blue and this according to Dupont is the formula that matches.
    Sure is a nice blue.
The windshield posts and frame are Speedway (model T) items right out of the catalog. The height is perfect and gives great protection. I leaned it back as far as I could to make it look right.

Thanks Pete, nice little car. Mine will be somewhat similar except that I am going to run a 36" Pickup bed with my gas tank at the front of it.

Nice to see someone who will actually share a color code or name. I have never understood why some people refuse to tell you the color like it is some Government secret. I was always too happy when someone thought enough of my color choice to ask what it was.
