HR Deluxe CK Deluxe OSR Rodders Journal Expensive in South Australia but worth every cent . Cheers Ty
Most rags are bilboards for advertizers.... Not worth the money but I too go to Barns and Noble to look at the pics
I consider Rodders Journal a periodical, I look forward to every copy. Fantastic photography, and the History of the hobby I truly embrace. No Rodder's home should be without it!
-Hot rod Deluxe -Kustom (France) -Powerglide (France) -Deadbeat -the first issue of Autocult is a must. -Rod and Kulture is cool too
i find it kinda odd some note Rod and Custom as their favorite....it has gotten pretty damn thin the past year or so,,,and a complete rehash of irelavent news/tech...(IMHO)
Hot Rod ( it is dirt cheep to subscribe to) Street Rodder ( good articles but promotes high $$$ sh-t.) Rod & Custom (like the tech and old guy stories) The others I have given up on, but will buy if they have a good tech article (does not happen often).
For some strange reason, I keep reading this thread, but it's kind of silly. First of all, I think the number of magazines is decreasing-don't we keep hearing the print media is dead? Secondly, why would you care what I like to read? What do YOU like to read-that's what you should buy. But, since you did ask nicely, HotRod and CarCraft are the most car stuff you can buy for the price, the Rodder's Journal is the best car stuff you can buy at any price. We also get 2 other car mags,6 professional journals, 2 science magazines,a couple of political commentary/news magazines and some other special topic mags, but you can PM me if you want the whole list.
Too many, but favorites are Rodder's Journal, HR Deluxe (but agree with 57ford/60tbird at post#26), Street Rodder, then head to B&N to look at the rest.
HAMB FordBarn Dogfightmag ChopCult Garage Journal Those are my magazines. I like my wife's Sunset as well. And the Costco Connection is interesting sometimes.
