I picked up and intake this week but I can't find any info on it. It is a Weiand CA3D it looks like its for a 331 365 & 390 cadillac. I tried researching caddy intakes and I can only find offy's edelbrock, edmonds, etc. I am looking for value, rarity, etc.

I'll one up marcus's $10 and give you $20. My gut says the $500 ebay guestimate is probably on the low end. throw a decent set of carbs on it and it would probably go $1200.

Back in the 90's I could buy these intake for next to nothing..People didnt even know what they were half the time at swap meets. All they knew was it wasnt for a Small block chevy so it was worthless to them..

I got this NOS one off Ebay about $250. Manifold only. Re-drilled for Rochester carburetors. Milled carb mounting flanges as close to parallel to crankshaft as I could for a more pleasing look. Regards, Ron

I think that one sold for like $750--I was surprised it went that low.

  17. Hey Seabee, I finally found the intake you’ve got on your 390. Something told me to for intakes on eBay and bam, I got me one, I spent over 120 hours of polishing and grinding by hand ,but it was totally worth it . I’ll post more pictures when I get it on the car.I’m still waiting on my carbs from Charlie at vintage speed,I’m excited!!

Hey Jeff, good that you found one and in the same place as me. You were a bit luckier than me as mine was set up for stromberg's only and needed modification for to accept the Rochester's. Yeah the polishing was a bitch. Enjoy, Ron hb1.jpg hb2.jpg
