Outstanding! You are nailing the "look"! This is a very well thought out build and props to you for paying attention to the details. Love the tall/skinny's and the whitewalls. I have been building my Model A 31 Coupe for the past year and I must say, it is comforting knowing there is another guy out there who is also bustin' his hump and having a blast doing it! I dig the photo where you're chopping your grill shell. I just chopped my 32 grill shell as well as the stainless steel insert. We would get along well :D

PS Be carefull with that blanket laying on your space heater. Noticed that in one of your photos.

    Keep up the GREAT work!

Not great, but it'll suffice, its just a T5, they are a tad smaller than than a t56.

Ok, I think I got enough together for an update: It's been a while so....

Basically after I got it running I finished most of the wiring, mockup of some other parts....and started to do some more of the metal work. It was at this point that I decided if I wanted this car to become what I envisioned it to I needed to enlist the help of a professional

I needed someone relatively close to me, and someone I could count on to do it right. So after speaking with Jason @ Jason Graham Hotrods a few times I finally got it down there in Sept. BTW, I cant say enough about Jason and his staff. Jason is super nice, and does great work. If you need something done, give him a call!
Most of the body work is done, and paint is right around the corner.

    Enough talking heres some photos:cool:
Panel I made to hold relays, batt shutoff, etc.:

    Fuel pump and tubing:

    Brake lines:

Both the fuel and brake lines are "cunifer" from FedHill USA.

This is about where I stopped and delivered the car to Jason Graham, the following is work he has done to date:

    Finally a 'lil paint:

Thats all I got for now, hope to have some more real soon.....

Got an update this week, all the sanding/blocking is done and the body is in its last coat of primer. Should have some paint in another week or 2.

Looking very good. congrats on sticking with it. I've let all the kids stuff and work bog down my project. Finding threads like this gives me inspiration to get off my ass and get back at it even if it's only a hour here or there. Thanks for taking the time to post.

  19. Outstanding. Great that you're taking the time to put the build on line, many neat ideas there including the battery mount and fuse/relay panel. I like it.
The fuel pump will have a certain amount of vibration, I'm not sure a hard line from there to the filter doesn't need a rethink.
Keep up the good work and keep posting. Looks good.
