My 1938 Plymouth pick-up bought from Long Stroke Jeff on the H.A.M.B. when it was all original back in '98, his dad Stan owned it for nearly 20 years before me.

I found a "Big Boy" statue north of LA that I really wanted to buy but it was something like $2500 smackers so I was encouraged to pass on it by a much less impulsive buyer than myself. So, shortly there after I found the, way to small, Big Boy coin bank and I loved it. That mischievous look fit me perfectly!

Just my car for the last couple of years. Have to keep changing the avatar as I make new modifications to it's appearance. Hopefully I don't ever run out of new ideas and/or money.

I chose the "spin off the username which in turn is word play on the project" route.

Love this avatar. One of my favorites on here. Mine is of an old cowl I found in a field. It just spoke to me.

The rusted hulk of a 30 cowl I drug home shortly after I decided to build a hot rod. It reminds me of how far I've come, and how far I still have to go.

Mine is a photograph from last year of the first time all the fenders - and the grille - were on my '40 Master Deluxe at the same time in who knows how long, at least 30 years, maybe longer. It actually looked like a car again. My schedule says it will be on the road in May. My schedule is not always reliable, but hope springs eternal.
