My vote is for black with no trim rings and the dog dish caps with skinny whites or blackwalls. Or black with no hubcaps but trim rings and redlines.

I vote for both colors, do two wheels on one side blue and do the cream on the other side, then everyones happy and no one can look at both sides at one time.........:D

What ever you choose will set that sweet sedan right off! Great looking car bro. You will love the powder coat for clean up. Excellent move! ~sololobo~

Jersey Cream has less yellow and is my favorite. It's all personal preference. Cream is a hard color to get "just" right. Good Luck

I would suggest you go on the Photoshop thread and ask for a few colour options........It worked for me. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=300531&highlight=photoshop

I'm suprised that no one else is casting doubt over powder coating. Once chipped or scratched (particularly with trim rings) water soon gets under it and it starts to lift. It's then a major job to remove. I would suggest epoxy or 2 pack paint.

    ..............Just my thoughts.

Red is OK, not that great on a blue car though.

The gag reflex would be brought on for me mostly by the whitewalls, I despise them on any car.

  20. Not a whitewall fan either, but on the right car they do work. I have a friend with a blue 40 coupe with red wheels and it looks great. Try and get a picture.
