Coop that sucks!! I hope they can do something to make it right for you. No, that's something different. That legislation is nasty and will shut down websites like this one as well as Craigslist and many others, simply because people are sharing information and selling name brand parts second hand. I've never done political stuff on here before but I do recommend you educate yourself on the issue and then contact every person in every form of government you can. Sorry for the politics, this just scares the beejeesus out of me.

With so many other things one can put on hooker shoes you would think that he could come up with something more original than your artwork. But then again I have never known a hooker or stripper that cares about what she wears or doesn't wear for that matter! Ha!
Trademark and Copyrights need to be protected but, yes, this is seriously scary and bad legislation. The way I understand it, a website could be shut down with no warning for just the accusation of having something like an unauthorized photo/image, video clip, trademark, brand name, literary or news quote...etc. No due process, no cease and desist, no going to court, just total government control. This should be a major concern for anyone. Really, really, freakin' scary.
When you combine it with the legislation just passed that lets the government detain you without due process, without writ of habeous corpus and detain you indefinitely... it's a brave new world. That piece of legislation said US soil is a battle ground, and the government can do those things if they believe you are an enemy combatant... they failed to clearly define what "enemy combatant" is.
