Doesn't matter to me, 60 Ford, what the subject line is. I think we all agree that the content in this thread is what we are interested in. I am wanting to see more pics of that rear altered wheel position.

I got all the welding finished on the interior and it's ready to prime. I've got the rear frame rails finished, except for two more crossmembers I've got to add where the fuel cell is going to sit. Got to do some more trimming on the trunk floor and get my bead roller before I can finish the trunk floor. Here's some pictures of my progress.

Sweeeeet ride and build write up. Your really gracious with the guys that don't read the whole thread and keep asking what wheel and tire size your using!

Great build! I live just down the road a ways. I cant wait to see it in person sometime. There are some cool falcons around here but that altered wheel base is killer!!

Thanks guys, I got some more done to the Falcon. I got the floor pans primered inside and out and I got the front frame rails finished, also repairing some rust I found around the right quarter glass. Hopefully I can spend a lot of time in the shop over the long weekend.

  12. Enjoying your thread. So glad you dropped the winsor for the B.B.FE. Makes this seriously wicked. Romeo Palamides got it right when he designed those Torque Thrusters, all the 5 spoke mags since look like cheap copies. Sited these rocker covers on ebay. Maybe your cup of tea ?

The guy had a nice F.I. set up for an FE that would look great but i can't find it or it has sold.

Thanks guys, haven't got in the shop the last few weeks been working to much OT at work but more to come soon.

Zot, I'd like to have a set of finned valve covers. The F.I. would be great but I've never had a blown motor so this one gets a blower.

I could never build a blower motor until now, and this will probably be my last build so I have to do it now.

In high School, a friend had a 64' Falcon Gasser, powered by a 289/306
Hertz Rent-a-car (GT350H) Shelby engine... yea, it screwed!

I still miss my 62' Chevy II Gasser (67' Van straight axle, 327 4 spd. Dual fours and a 55' chevy rear end).
    I'd like to build another...maybe a 55' Chev or pre 63' 'Vette.

    Have fun with your build!

I can get some pictures tomorrow night to post up. I used 3/16X2X3 tube in the rear, Crites subframe connecter that I modified in the center and 3/16X2X3 tube in the front that ties into the subframe connectors, so now it's basicly a full frame.
