Hello everyone, my name's Austin. I'm a younger guy, just graduated from college with my degree in mechanical engineering. I've always loved old cars, and thankfully, my grandpa kept every car he ever owned in sheds on the farm, so as soon as I save up a little money I'm gonna start restoring and hot rodding them with my dad who's always wanted to do the same, but never had the means or time to do it. Cars we've got: 1930 Chevy sedan 1937 Chevy pickup 1937 Chevy farm truck 1950 Chevy sedan 1953 Bel Air 1954 International Truck 1966 Chevy Bel-Air also a late 1920s early 1930's roadster body...not sure if it's a Ford or Chevy...i'm gonna post pictures somewhere on here and see if anyone can id what exactly it is. Anyways, I just wanted to say hello and I'm sure I'll be around more as I start getting my hands dirty with these cars.
Welcome from the cultural center of the universe, Oklahoma. Send me directions to the farm and I'll be glad to come pick up the roadster body and give you feedback when I figure out what it is and if it fits my extra chassis
Haha I'm sure you'd like that! See if you were nice, you'd offer to give me that extra chassis, so I could get the old girl back on the road. lol
Where in Kansas are you? I have a frame, front and rear axle that will work with that body. I probably have some body parts you could use if you want to build the car. I'll make you a deal if you want to come down and pick out some stuff and I will trade for motorcycles or motorcycle stuff, toy cars, signs,BB guns or ??
