Well color me stupid. Weasel what is that? I mean aside from different and beautiful.

They say that there are only two colors to paint a hot rod; black or ugly. I think this thread proves it. Some extremley non ugly cars here.

 

That is a Hupmobile. One of the most graceful 30's car of its era.

 

So much to love in this thread it's impossible to pick a favorite!

Some talented body work and hours upon hours of block sanding showing on many of these. Can't cut corners with black!

Thanks, The last time I saw it, it was sitting on the street in east Oakland, with no engine or trans. about 1967
