I wanted to post a few pictures I took of Lit Up. This was at one of the St. Louis stops on the Posie's Driven Dirty tour. (October 23rd)

Rick has since posted some more updated pictures, but more will never hurt on a build such like this!!

Jimmy is truly a master in his craft and thats an understatement !!

(sorry for the slight blur of the roof top picture)

I was sure that I'd posted a couple of pics from HCPU here but I don't see them. Here's one parked at the Friday Night Pre-Party.

I also heard tail that Jimmy and my Dad ended up chatting for a bit at SEMA by complete happenstance, thanks for the kind words I could tell it made Pops proud to hear someone compliment his boy.

In a way, I wish the truck could stay in it's upainted condition. It shows the incredible workmanship it took to make it, and how straight the bodywork is..

That Aussie Deora is incredible, wonder if Weesner even knew it existed, most of his stuff comes out of his warped mind being around his Dad and so forth all these years.

Sorry to sidetrack this topic with my posts on this vehicle. I have an idea this Aussie vehicle was copied from a US vehicle. I also know it was built in South Australia and it is not far from Castlemaine now. I can also tell you it is Chrysler Valiant based with the running gear so apart from that I hope another Aussie may add some more information. I also know it was featured here in Australia in Custom Rodder Magazine.

Would be great to see it restored or to see something like this built again.

I just brought home my 52 project and then I found this thread. Now everything I do to it will seem so pedestrian. <sigh>

Maybe Jimmy will let me photograph it when it's done? I'd love to recreate the original Weesner image with medium or large format film. Hmmmmmmm....

Can we vote on the order of other Weesner cars to be brought to life by this guy? Ridiculous!
