Mr Flatoz and an elite panel of other delinquents organised a word of mouth catch up yesturday morning at Woodlands park, in Essendon. Great turn out, the weather was fantastic, couldnt be a better way to end the year really.
I hitched a ride in with club mate Des in his bare metal Chopped spinner bright and early in the AM..

  8. Great pics Sean.
What a great turn up for a word of mouth event.
I couldn't believe my eyes when I turned the corner and saw all the cars lined up.
The 1 1/2 hr drive was well worth it.
It was great catching up with everyone and the weather was perfect for driving a roadster.
Ok Corey, Wayne and Dave bring on the next event.

  9. Nice pix as usual Sean....bummer I could'nt make it - had a funeral service to attend at 10AM.

Greta turnout fellas, Martins Cad looks very kool finished. Good to see Corey's Tudor out and about as well !!

Thanks for the pics Sean and Mark. It was indeed a very pleasant way to spend a morning. Great effort by the social committee.

Hey there, yep jeff is one here as 'brandos55'.

Now melbourne HAMBers, how do we feel about having another saturday morning type deal, on the 28th of this month, at the Essendon Airport? There used to be a 'cruise night' there a couple years ago that seems to have died off. There is two supermarkets there now, plus a Subway and Nandos chicken shop,, plus a big carpark.

I'll be at work on the 28th but I would like to see something regular like the old Tuesday night gig at Essendon. Not that I could be there every week but I'd sure be there intermittently over summer.
