Double intake question

Hello everyone. I have a question about a double intake that I want to put on my 292 inline 6 I am building. I want to know if I buy a Offenhauser double intake, would I be able to use the original carb off the 1969 292 and a carb off a 1950 216 straight six I have?? They are both single barrel carbs. I just don't want to have to buy another carb. Let me know. Also, if anyone has one of those double intakes for sale, PM me. Thanks!

 

If I were doing this, I would try to use carbs that match.
