Any one fitted a Borgeston power steering conversion box to there 1957-58 Ford. Would like to know how it turned out.

Not in a big Ford, but I have one in the '65 Mustang and I know of several others happily used in Mustang applications.

For ins and outs of plumbing (which seems to be the biggest issue, the hoses Borgeson provides don't necessarily work in all cases) you might want to look in at the Mustang sites, e.g.

It will not work with the early Eaton pump as used with the linkage-boosted Ford setup, you'll need to update to a Saginaw ham-can pump (or, if you're doing something like a late 302/351W swap with a serpentine belt setup, Borgeson tells me the late plastic-reservoir Ford pump will work too.)
