That looks like something that we would see on Forgotten Fiberglass when G Hacker sends us an email on it. Very interesting car.
Ok guy's,this is what i know. The gentleman who owned this car has had it for 15 years. it started life as a 1962 holden ek sedan (GM). He's been customizing cars since he was 18 years young, he's retired now.About 10 to 12 years ago he came round to my place with it to buy some customline parts. That time it was a convertable with stock front screen and the rear boot(declid) was lengthen useing a holden bonnet. Back in 2002 or 2003 photo's of it was published in an little aussie magazine called The Newsledder. When i pickedup the car i showed him and ask if he could sign the book. The car had changed again with lower front wheel wells and a swage running the full length and the doors were cut down so the bottom third was part of the body. I saw it forsale about a year ago in its current state with its standard rear window as the front screen, tubing around the bucket seats, holden hd headlight buckets and the single/ twinspinner bullets have indicators setup in there... found out by misstake. its running a straight 6 holden 186 ci with auto. the onlythings that ive done is lower the back with 4 inch blocks and place 57 chev hood rockets in the grille. Hopefully some of the other Aussies out there might have some info aswell or pic's.
Way cool ride. I may be wrong, but isn't that back glass tempered? A rock chip could make it explode. Might not be the best choice for front glass.
thats all the fronts were anyway, never had a problem with the tempered ,the only screen Ive ever broken was a roll over they do make a mess when they go though
As my 24 year old Grandson would say... THAT IS SICK !!!! Talk about different... Good for you... Cheers...
