Whent to see if I could get some rear radius rods off this sedan. Ended up with the whole thing. and a bonus set of rods, one has a little yaw in it. But for a 100 bucks, no complaints. I was thinking look at all the parts still on it. He was thinking that old thing is picked clean , i hope he takes that sob. it worked out for the both of us. and the scappers didn't get to it.
Lots of hotrod parts on a 35. Wires, wire wheel drums, front bones, front axle, frame or just sections if it is bad. LOTS of stuff there.
I think its a 35 but was told 36. The frame and x member are bad. I got it for the suspension for a roadster project. And on the other side is a 40 steel wheel. Made it worth my time and starting the tow truck on a cool ass Saturday.
That was the same deal with this '57 Chevy 150 2-door sedan I found...it was on the trailer, headed to the scrap yard, but, the guy couldn't get his truck started! I saw the quarter panel peeking out from behind the garage as we were driving by, and stopped to ask about it...got it for $200, and the guy delivered it!
what year are the other rear bones in that pick? are those strong enough for a 2 link rear with a small block? I have seen a set on my uncles scrap pile....
