  1. The A-400 type looking sedan was built by Iamwalkin here on the HAMB. I think. Does anyone know what the date is for next year?

Dammit. Now I'm pissed. I was in Tokyo on business in mid November and I couldn't push the trip back 2 weeks. I really wanted to get to this show. Now I realize what I missed.

    Great photos. More, please!

This is definitely on my list of shows I'd really like to go to before I go to the barn.

Like Imfatdad said, the only way I was able to get decent pics of the cars is because I was in there early (7:30) on sunday morning while they were still setting up. It gets so crowded, from the time the doors open to when they shut down, that there's no way I could've gotten some of those shots. I think something like 13,000 people attend this one day event!

Here's a few more before I take off for work.

This one shows what a beautiful day it was outside. Weather was good for the weekend, but turned cold and rainy by monday. There were a lot of cool cars and bikes running around outside the show as well.

Thanx for the great pix, great event. I had such a wonderful relationship with many Japanese folks sending tons of vintage clothing and furniture to Japan for 15 years. The nicest people to deal with in the world, so this makes me happy to see this scene so strong there. It ain't easy being a hotrodder in such confining quarters. Cool! ~sololobo~

Glad you guys are enjoying the pics. Went to the pre party on saturday night too and caught up with a bunch of people. It's such an international event. I tried to go to a Lowrider party after that, but was too damned tired! We had only landed in Japan that saturday afternoon!

You should definitely try and hit that show if you can Piero. You won't be disappointed. Juan from Deadend Mag made it for the first time and he was having a blast. I don't think he slept the whole time he was there!

I've got more pics to post when I get home from work.

It was great show! Saw some friends' old cars there- Mike Ibbetson's '58 Pontiac and Dale Sizer's '38 Ford coupe. Show keeps getting better!

The guys I came with drank all the booze United Airlines brought, they said it had never happened before.

And half of Australia was there! (They had an Ozzy art show at the show)

My son and I just got home today from Yokohama.
What a show! Fantastic cars and bikes of all types. And the people are so friendly.
We were part of possibly 80 Australians that attended the show, and everyone we spoke to from all corners of the world that travelled there will be coming back next year and bringing more friends to see and experience this show and meet the people who run it and those who put there vehicles on display
