    yea i have the hood... its lower now than those pics. ill try to get some new ones in the next day or so.

    Nice car! Been watching the progress on Steven's FB page. I love those cars!

    BTW, I have a set of 15" ford wheels that I had for a '53 project if your interested. Also have a set of 54 caddy caps and some 5x4.5" spider caps as well.

    nah i bought some 83 plymouth fury 15 inch wheels and we sanded em down and painted them gloss black. But thanks for offering. Car will be driving down the road hopefully next week. just doing the finishing touches on the body work.

    I would agree that the chop looks awesome and you did a great job. Wheels can make or break a vehicle so I would go with steelies from Early wheel company $65.00 and of course wide whites are a MUST.
    Good work and cant wait to see the finished product

    Just got a call from the driver hes 2 hours away... he left tn 3 saturday afternoon and is already that close.. he is a driving machine..

  9. Great looking chop. Your '50 is lookin' real good.
    I would love to get my '51 chopped exactly like that but I just finished doing some flames and striping and would hate to have to ruin those so soon. Give me about a year with this paint and I will be ready for the chop.
    Keep posting the work photos, really enjoy seeing your shoebox updates :D.
