    The car is cool. I like the wheels too. The RWL tires not so much.
    But, they don't work together IMO.
    Kinda like a cheeseburger with strawberry syrup and whipped cream.

    interim for shake down runs.3 in wide whites/stock steelies will be permanent. just pokin a hornets nest. J.R.

    I had a friend in the 60's that had a set on his 49 Ford. Didn't like them then either!

    Looks too late 60's like you had no choice but to put those on as rollers to me.

    Lol my first thought was late '60s-early '70s. I think the steels and white walls will look better.

    Nope,not perm.stuck them on to check fitment.a 255/60/15 had plenty of clearance under the tail end even with a 3in drop.A bitch to change though.14s on front or 15s all around? Can you get a 60 bias www? J.R.

    Just me but I think certain cars need white walls to look right, like 50 Mercs and your Hudson. The wheels you posted are out of sync with the era of the rest of the car, but you say you are going back to other ones anyway.

    You could just tell everyone its on a Chevelle SS chassis with a big block and 4 speed... all numbers matching of course!
