I've been building bikes now for awhile, and ive always wanted to build a car. Picked it up from a guy in Iowa for a good deal, then had to have it transported to San Antonio. I should have checked on here first for carriers, all the other ones are jokes! I cant wait to start working on it though, hoping to have it done in time for Austin.

Chadillac's right on the money, a 60's-early 70's style build, unchopped, wild panelled paint, tuck n roll interior, on Cragars n wide-o-vals, something you'd see at an early 70's car show... I miss those cars, like the "Tartan T"....

Nice find! What is that car in the second picture that you can see if you look right above the hood of your car next to that house? That looks interesting too!!

Although it may make yall cringe, i do plan on stripping it down, fenderless, and chopped and channeled. Unfortunatly i wont get to work on it as much as i want because i am on the road about 300 + days a year so my friend owns a shop in San Antonio called Bexar Bones and he will be working on it since i am always gone. i wish i could be 100% of the time, but the bills dont stop coming in each month!

  14. looks like a great start! do it your way, fuck everyone else's opinion (they're not paying for it right?)

Hey Nick , My name is Robert aka nickname "Mojo" the other guy with the 1934 Chevy sedan parked right there next to your Model A, anyhow saw your project when i went by Bexar Bones garage the other day. And i gotta say that Sedan is solid! Chris will do a great job on it for sure!! Cheers!:D

  19. Why would a fenderless chopped channeled sedan make any of us cringe. you are aware that this is not a restorers or a street rodders site aren't you?

Just try and avoid the rat rod rust in piece style and you will be OK. Rat bikes are OK but rat rods are not.

Nice score! Good luck with the build and enjoy the HAMB. This place has taught me a ton in a short amount of time. These guys are a great inspiration and source of knowledge, parts, and ideas. Cheers!
