Check Reds Headers. Also check shoeboxford.com I'm sure someone there has done the same swap.

I had a 302 - c4 with a volvo box in my 51 ford. I used the summit brand rear exit headers part # SUM-G9074 chrome 144.95 they fit PERFECT. I did My own 2 1/2 inch exhaust with smithys. I really liked the ball-cup design it made for easy alignment to do the down pipes. 2 yrs and still no leaks. Feder

so what could one possibly gain by going to the volvo box over clipping and rack and pinion? the two stock ford steering boxes i have, have about 4-6 inches of play and the dreaded *-10 clip is cheap but hottly contested here. just thought i would ask. i called the rainbow auto listed and thay want @200 now so the price is starting to go up. the front end on mine is half rebuilt but i have been undecided on clipping or updating the steering system and staying stock. thanks
