    Hope this pic shows up..a buddy of mine drives for UPS,and sends me pics all the time of stuff he sees out in the boonies...
    Yeah,should have checked it out before posting,but a kid who works for me said he could link it to my post...
    I'm expecting to be really disappointed,but I've got to check this out...what are the odds?

    Pic should show now..I'm just encouraged that the sign has both Bonneville and streamliner spelled correctly..

    Somone's broken dream being sold by an heir to his estate? An old piece of history that found it's way to Tennessee? Who knows. I guess you'll just have to find out, and don't forget your camera.
     
  5. People in all corners of the United States have built Bonneville cars and streamliners finding one in Tennessee shouldn't come as a shock. HRP

    The liner in the pic looks like the car being built by John Burk in New Jersey, last time I talked to him he was thinking it would be on the salt next year. Kind of doubt it is for sale.

    I was trying to figure out what direction that chassis went then I saw the steering, I think.
