Hello Folks, Just want to say hello. I live in southern california, and currently restoring a 1960 impala 2dr hardtop. Doing a low-rod with a ls1 /4l60e combo. hope to make some friends who enjoy cars as i do.

Hi- Glad to hear you're working on 60 Impala. I hope the before and after of my are some inspiration for you. Feel free to contact me with any questions. I worked on mine for almost a year to get it ready for the road. It's just a driver quality restoration since it's a daily driver. For example, I cut out rust in the floors and trunk and made patches with aluminum and/or fibreglass (but with POR15 instead of resin...works great when rust is an issue where you are patching).
I'm sure its going to be a great ride. but this sight is for traditional hot rods and customs. you guys tell me if I'm wrong. check out pics of the car new corvette motor looks like 20's or22's you be the judge.
