1931 A roadster built in 1951.. Still retains its original paint and interior from 51 as well as the stroked olds engine w/ 4 97's and zephyr trans. Looking for any info on the car. It was at the Petersen museum on display from 93-2003. I just got it from the guy who bought it from the museum in 2003 but he doesnt have any info on the car. Any help would be appreciated.

I spoke to the curator of the petersen and while he remembers acquiring the car in 1993 from a collector in Florida, they have no other info. It was exhibited at the museum many times until its sale in 2003.

Nothing helpful, just basic info on the car. It also predates the digital inventory that they know have.

With the car having come out of Florida you might try to get in touch with Kirk White. Over the years he has aquired and sold a lot of high end Hot Rods. Outside chance he may know something.

Try Ken Gross, he may know something about it.
